It’s been a while since I photographed one of my cake creations, but I couldn’t resist letting this floral beauty pose for me on the weekend.
The Japanese seriously know how to make cakes, every single one was delicate, light and fluffy. You can even find a good cake in your standard corner shop! My jeans were less forgiving when I got back to London.
